🛠️ Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification with tracking details once your package ships.

📦 Domestic Shipping (USA)

We proudly offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders within the USA.

• Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days
• Courier services: USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on location and size

✈️ International Shipping

We ship worldwide to select countries outside of the USA.

• Europe: Estimated delivery within 10–15 business days
• Other regions: Delivery time varies based on destination
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

🧾 Customs & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes (including VAT), which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

After your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you haven’t received your tracking information or have questions, feel free to contact us.

📬 P.O. Boxes & Delivery Notes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes; however, some larger artwork may require a physical address. If your order has specific delivery needs, please include that information at checkout or contact us directly.
